The price for an appointment for Remote Support is $150.00 for up to 2 hours. Charges for more than 2 hours are billed at $50 per hour. You can use a credit card or PayPal to pay for the service.

Please Note, the average amout of time to clean up and tune up a computer is between 4 and 6 hours. However, it has taken much longer depending on your computer.

No matter the what the problem is with your computer, you will not be charged for more than 4 hours no matter how long the service takes.
