Hi, I’m Mike DiMichele.
Currently, as of October 2011, I have been a weekly guest tech specialist on Steve and Johnnie’s Website Wednesday Night on WGN Radio in Chicago.
We take calls from listeners with computer issues for three hours and try to supply solutions.
I am also a self employed Windows tech. I remotely connect with customer’s computers over the Internet and do whatever repairs that are required, from removing malware to teach how to use another browser.
Because I am so aware of how consumers use their computers and what their level of knowledge is I am always looking for a new way to bring them easy steps to learn about the computer, get their questions answered, and maybe even have some fun, too.
There are two offshoots of the Savemybutt website called Bootcamp and Tech Thursday.
Bootcamp is a set of videos I created to show people visually how to do the Savemybutt Step-By-Step Instructions for keeping your computer clean, healthy, and running as fast as it can.
Tech Thursday is a live computer tech webinar that occurs every Thursday evening from 7PM to 9PM central time. Attendees can ask any computer question they would like and I attempt to answer them, many time demonstrating the solution right on the screen from them to see.
I also pick a topic now and then that might interest the attendees.
The bottom line is I like to help people. I like to talk to people. And, I LOVE when you can use your computer.
